General Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from allhallowsshop.com. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may be eligible to return it subject to the terms outlined below.
Returns are accepted for most unused and unopened items in their original packaging within a specified number of days from the date of delivery. All items must be in their original, saleable condition to qualify for a refund.
Some items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons, including but not limited to:
- Wigs, masks, and costumes that have been worn.
- Opened makeup, face paint, or liquid products.
- Any item that is damaged due to customer misuse or is not in its original condition.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges & Refunds
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original for a refund and placing a new order.
Refunds are typically issued within a certain number of business days after we receive and process your return. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution’s processing times.
Only the item price will be refunded; original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in standard cases.
